Once received, we will request some important additional information regarding your upcoming landscape project including pictures of your existing landscape, general measurements of the area you are interested in improving, a survey and/or plot plan of your property, pictures that you have gathered from our website or online that give us an idea of what you like, and a quick sketch of what you might want to go where. Your information will give us an initial idea of what you are looking for and determine how best we can serve you.

LANDSCAPE DESIGN CONCEPT & CONSULTATION AGREEMENT
The Funyak Design Team will review the project information that you provided. All landscape projects, no matter the size, require an appropriate amount of time for proper planning to assure success of the project. This step of the process will include discussing the overall design concept and options for a 2D format, which provides a bird’s eye view of your project, or an upgraded 3D rendering with various options and the capability to “walk you through” your life-like computerized concept. Design fees are based upon the type of landscape project, as well as the size and complexity.

CREATIVE DESIGN PROCESS
With a signed agreement, members of the Funyak Design Team will visit your site for more specific measurements, elevation grades, and “before” photos required for a detailed concept. You are encouraged to be engaged in the creative design process with additional ideas to help us exceed your expectations. The intentionality of this planning process will maximize the success of your finished product and minimize uncertainties, thereby reducing changes and delays during the landscape installation process, which can cost extra money and time.

DESIGN CONCEPT PRESENTATION
Upon completion of your concept, we will arrange for a design concept presentation with all parties involved in the decision-making process. These meetings can be done, for your convenience, through video conferencing. Ancillary ideas and pictures of different aspects of your project along with material selections and preliminary budget costs will be discussed. Upon approval of your design concept, a final detailed proposal with descriptions and pricing will be provided for your approval.
05.
DESIGN & PROPOSAL APPROVAL
Upon receipt of your signed proposal and deposit for the project as specified in our terms of payment, your project will be placed on our installation schedule and the vision of your new landscape will begin to unfold!
