Project Overview

With the desire to improve their outdoor lifestyle and enjoy their backyard under roof all year long, we took to the drawing board!  For a rustic yet classic design, we installed a custom natural cedar structure finely trimmed with tongue and groove ceiling. The existing concrete patio was significantly upgraded to decorative Grandview Pavers with a manufacturer's limited lifetime warranty. Essential elements incorporated for fine outdoor living consisted of a gourmet outdoor kitchen with built-in appliances, dining table and lounge area with fireplace and TV.  Other highlights include skylights,  radiant ceiling heaters,  custom speakers and recessed lighting with ceiling fans. Additionally, the  green space beyond the patio was expanded with the installation of a segmental retaining wall along the rear embankment.
